Product Features

The whole machine is composed of material rack part, upper nose line part, shape welding part, folding molding, shape cutting part, welding earband part, and finished product output. It adopts servo motor and ultrasonic welding technology to complete the production.

1. Material rack part: automatic feeding, the brake cooperates with the controller to ensure the material tension.

2. The nose bridge part: the speed regulating motor is used to control the automatic delivery of the nose bridge and the tooth mold ultrasonic welding

3. Shape welding part: Customized tooth mold cooperates with ultrasonic wave to complete the texture welding.

4. Folding molding: folding cloth

5. Shape cutter part: custom cutter, hob and shape.

6. Flip part: It can be flipped according to the welding method of the mask.

7. Earband welding: the use of full servo control has high efficiency and can be as high as 70PCS per minute (±10%), and the maintenance cost is low in the later period. The earband wire welding is completed with ultrasonic waves.
